Policy

BOOKING AND RENTAL PERIOD

Generally, rates are quoted for a one-day, single-use event. All charges are for time out use whether used or not. Prices and policies are subject to change. 

  • To book a rental, a non-refundable deposit is due to secure the rentals for that date.
  • The remaining balance is due at least 1 week before the event.
  • If you add to the order additional down payment amounts may be needed.
  • Payments can be made with credit card, cash, Venmo, or Zelle. 

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

Subject to such limitations as may be set forth in applicable law, you irrevocably and unconditionally authorize us to immediately submit for payment on the credit card (if any) you have provided us all charges for rent, delivery and/or installation, damages or lost goods, or additional charges coming due under this policy, and you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Daydream Party Rentals with respect to the same.

CLEANING FEE

A cleaning fee of $1/per chair will be added and charged if rentals require cleaning, up to $200 depending on the condition.A cleaning fee of $3/per table will be added and charged if rentals require cleaning, up to $200 depending on the condition. Rental equipment must be cleaned PRIOR to the pick up time. If the cleaning fee is not paid within 48 hours, the fee will double, and for each subsequent day of non-payment, an additional 10% will be added to the total amount owed.

DELIVERY AND SETUP

Customer agrees that delivery and setup are two separate entities. DELIVERY: Rental items will be delivered to the address listed above at the agreed upon date and time. SETUP: This service must be arranged prior to delivery date with separate charges applied. Customer agrees to have the setup site free and clear of all obstacles prior to the arrival. If no arrangements are made, and this service is desired on delivery, Lessor will try to accommodate you after quoting the extra charge for last minute changes/services.

PICK UP

All table and chairs are to be stacked and ready for pickup, or a breakdown fee will result, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.

    CANCELLATIONS

    The customer agrees to provide at least 30 days notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services to receive a refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the Booking Date will be charged the full rental.

    TENT CANCELLATION POLICY

    Tent rentals cancelled 90 days or more prior to the Booking Date will receive a full refund. Tent rentals cancelled less than 90 days prior to Booking Date will be charged half of the tent rental. Tent rentals cancelled within 7 days of the Booking Date will be charged the full rental.

      BROKEN, DAMAGED, AND MISSING RENTAL ITEMS

      The customer is responsible for the rental equipment while in their possession. Be sure the rental equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Notify us immediately if you find something damaged or missing when it is received. Damaged equipment will result in a fee of double the cost of the initial equipment value.
